RETURNS:
- UK AND NORTHERN IRELAND RETURNS:
Should you wish to return a product, you have 14 days from receiving your order to register a return* and a further 14 days to send. Simply visit our RETURNS CENTRE and follow the steps.
*All UK refunds are charged at a flat fee of £4, which will be deducted from your refund.
- EUROPEAN AND INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
All European and International customers are responsible for returning items via their chosen delivery partner. Simply visit our RETURNS CENTRE and follow the steps.
Please package, seal, and mark your items returned goods*, posting them to MKI HQ, Dowley Gap Business Park, Dowley Gap Lane, Bingley, BD16 1WA. We advise you send the parcel on a tracked service to protect yourself from any issues that could happen during transit.
*Any items which are sent and not marked as returned goods, will be subject to customs charges, which we are unable to pay. Items that require customs payment will be sent directly back to the customer from the courier.
CUSTOMER RETURNS NOTICE:
- All items must be in the original packaging, unworn, and in a re-sellable condition (i.e no strong scented smells).
- Please ensure your package is carefully wrapped to prevent any damage in transit. We do not take responsibility for any items damaged during transit, If a parcel arrives back in clear packaging or just the transparent product wrapper, this may be rejected.
- Once returns are received in our warehouse, we have a 48-hour policy, in which all items are reviewed and checked for any signs of wear or damage. If there are none, your refund will be processed the same day* and you will receive an email notification.
- If we find any damages and deem your order as non-refundable, a member of our customer care team will be in touch.
- Depending on your bank's policy, you may expect to wait up to 10-days for a refund to show in your bank.
EXCHANGES
- FREE EXCHANGES (UK AND NORTHERN IRELAND ONLY):
We offer FREE EXCHANGES on any items that are unworn and in a resaleable condition. Should you wish to exchange a product, you have 14 days from receiving your order to register an exchange and a further 14 days to send. Simply visit our RETURNS CENTRE and follow the steps. Once you complete the steps, you'll receive a free exchange EVRi label to post your exchange.

FAULTY ITEMS:
On the rare occasion you receive an item you deem faulty, please follow the instructions below.
- All items returned must be unworn and in original packaging with all swing tickets still attached.
- Please ensure the item(s) are well packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
- Once your item has been received, our customer care team will review the item.
- If it’s confirmed to be a manufacturing fault we will send a replacement, a full refund or credit to the amount.
- Please note: we cannot be responsible for any returned items until they have been received at our premises.
