• WHAT ARE YOUR CUSTOMS AND DUTIES POLICIES?

  CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES

  Orders to the EU, US and Canada are sent with duties paid (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid), ensuring no additional import duties or VAT charges are applied upon delivery. Please note; We cannot guarantee how long the customs clearance process takes as this varies by country.

  Customs clearance times vary by country, and we cannot guarantee processing speed. Any applicable import charges imposed by local customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

  
  

  REST OF THE WORLD

  For orders shipped outside the EU, US and Canada, customs inspections may be triggered based on the destination country’s regulations. We ensure that all required documentation is provided with your order. However, customs authorities may impose import duties, VAT, or other charges, which are beyond our control.

  
  

  Customers are responsible for any import fees they incur. If an order is undelivered due to incorrect details provided by the customer, they will also be liable for any redelivery charges. In cases where a duty fee is required, the courier will contact you directly for payment. If the fee is not paid, the parcel will be returned to us.

• WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

  Should you wish to return or exchange a product, you have 14 days from receiving your order to register a return, and a further 14 days to send in order. Please read our returns policy here: Returns Policy

• HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

  Once your order has left our warehouse and is in transit, only your delivery provider can advise you further. We recommend checking your emails, finding the tracking link, and locating your parcel with your delivery provider.

  If you find your tracking number isn’t working, please contact us straight away on INFO@MKISTORE.COM with your full name and order number.

  • DPD Standard (1-2 business days) £7.25
  • DPD Ship2Shop (UK only) £4.95
  • DHL Express (1-2 business days) £6.95
  • Royal Mail 1st Class (1-2 business days) £4.95
  • Royal Mail 2nd Class (2-4 business days) £2.95
  • Free UK delivery on orders over £150 (1-2 business days) via Royal Mail 1st Class.

  EUROPE

  • DHL By Road 3-4 business days (location dependent) price calculated at checkout
  • DHL Express By Road 1-2 business days (location dependent) price calculated at checkout

  NORTH AMERICA

  • DHL Express By Air 2-5 business days (location dependent) price calculated at checkout

  REST OF THE WORLD

  CUSTOMER NOTE:
  • Orders are shipped Monday – Friday between 2-5pm (excluding bank holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the following business day.
  • Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday, or across a weekend, will be shipped on Monday. If your order falls on a UK Bank Holiday weekend, your order will be shipped on Tuesday.
  • Tracking links will be sent via email to track your order.

• HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

  WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

  Once returns are received in our warehouse, we have a 48-hour policy, in which all items are reviewed and checked for any signs of wear or damage. If there are none, your refund will be processed the same day* and you will receive an email notification.

  If we find any damages and deem your order as non-refundable, a member of our customer care team will be in touch.

  *Depending on your bank's policy, you may expect to wait up to 10-days for a refund to show in your bank.
